Wonderful Irish wedding music!

Heide played at our May 20, 2023, wedding. I wanted to include as many Irish tunes as I could in the ceremony. Heide knew all of the tunes that I asked for and suggested several others. Many of our guests said that Heide’s playing with her friend Shannon Schumann before the ceremony began was one of their favorite parts of the day. Their music during the ceremony was also wonderful.

Sounds of Heide Riggs, Violinist absorbed with Sacred Art

The Sacred Art Gallery hosted a Phoenix Chapter Legatus formal dinner and the "icing on the cake" was the sounds of Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Dvorak, and popular tunes such as Francesco Sartori’s “Time To Say Goodbye”, Puccini’s “O mio bambino caro”, Jay Unger’s “Ashokan Farewell”, “La Vie En Rose”, “Moon River”, and Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio’s “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You” beautifully played on the violin by Heide Riggs. Several of the guests mentioned the experience of absorbing the images on the wall while also absorbing the spectacular music of the notes streaming from the strings of a wooden instrument. The combination of art and music penetrated the hearts of each one present with a sense of peace and hope. The Legatus Phoenix Chapter extends warm appreciation to Heide Riggs, Violinist, for sharing her God given talents with us.
